ReVamped and Vampalicious by Sienna Mercer

ReVampedRe-Vamped (Book 3)

The moment of truth is coming for Olivia and Ivy... while searching for the her birth parents (and the reason why Ivy is a vampire and Olivia is human) it becomes known that Ivy has revealed the secret existence of Vampires to her twin sister. Since that's the most sacred secret of vampires, Olivia now has to prove she's worthy of knowing and keeping the secret.

Meanwhile, Ivy's father drops a bomb: Not only he doesn't want to meet Olivia but he's also moving to Europe and taking Ivy with him.

*SPOILER ALERT for book 3*

In the wake of Olivia's being accepted into the vampire community (even though she's still human) and a huge discovery regarding the identity of their biological father, Ivy and Olivia are working against time to convince Ivy's dad to stay.

In this book we finally learn why Ivy is a Vamp and Olivia is a Bunny and you can't help to love these two sisters who, even though they might not fully understand the reason why they were separated, they understand that they love each other and that they need to stay together.

Both books are fun and light and it's lovely to read about sisters that get along.

Fangtastic by Sienna Mercer

Fangtastic is the second book of the My Sister the Vampire Series by Sienna Mercer.

When we last saw Ivy Vega and Olivia Abbot, they had just found out that they were long lost twin sisters! But that's not the weird part, that would be the fact that while Olivia is a typical girl, Ivy is a vampire.
That doesn't matter, though, because Ivy and Olivia love each other instantly, even though they do want to find out more about their biological parents, so they can figure out how come one is a Vamp and the other a Bunny.

However, that takes a slightly back seat when a newscaster decides that there is something dark lurking in Franklin Grove -where the girls live -and is dead set on exposing it all out. Soon Ivy and Olivia are scrambling to keep the Vamp's secret under wraps.

Sorry to say that this book did feel a bit like a filler and nothing much happens, but it's still a fun read. Plus is not a huge commitment of time, so it's a good way to spend a few hours. Ivy and Olivia are fun, very different girls but surprisingly normal.

Switched (My Sister The Vampire) by Sienna Mercer

SwitchedWhen moving to Franklin Grove, the last thing Olivia Abbott thought she would find was her twin sister (the one she didn't know she had) but that's exactly who Ivy Vega is: her twin.

Although they couldn't be more different - Olivia is a pink-wearing, veggie loving cheerleader, while Ivy is a Goth who loves meat - the girls are thrilled at having found each other, they even agree they shouldn't tell their respective parents about each other yet, not until they figure why they were separeted when they were adopted by their families.

Still, that doesn't keep Olivia and Ivy from having fun, especially if that means switching places to help each other out. Eventough that means Ivy is going to have to trust Olivia with a big secret she's not supposed to tell anyone: there are vampires all around Franklin Grove, and Ivy is one of them.

I honestly didn't expect much of this book, I basically picked it up because I liked the cover but, in the end, I was glad I read it. It's basically the story of two sisters who couldn't be more different but love each other fiercely. It's definitely a great read for the younger set, funny and sweet.
